Chives Canadian Bistro - Caramelized Stuffed Nova Scotia Pork Loin

Stuffed with caramelized onion and 2 cheeses, this bacon-wrapped pork loin is indeed a tempting meal. Complemented with a bed of roasted vegetables, lightly topped with spicy mustard jus.
