David Divine

David Divine of the James R. Johnston Chair in Black Canadian Studies at Dalhousie University developed and organized Multiple Lens: Voices from the Diaspora Located in Canada conference. David’s passion for his adopted city, boundless energy, sense of humor, management skills and powers of persuasion have enabled him to garner the support of numerous institutions from across Canada as well as attract 60 top name speakers in the field of Black studies and Cultural experience to this conference. This is the second conference David has staged in Halifax and he has more planned.
