Professor Tom Gill of the Department of Food Science & Technology, Dalhousie University brought the Atlantic Fisheries and Technology Association to the Lord Nelson Hotel. Despite challenges presented by the unforeseen withdrawal of various Conference Committee ambassador_members, Professor Gill picked up the extra responsibilities and successfully hosted 150 delegates at the Atlantic Fisheries Technology Conference.
