Visitors to the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia will have the opportunity to admire the impressive works- ceramic, bronze, plaster and steel sculptures, as well as works on paper – of artist Joe Fafard.

Organized by the NGC in partnership with Regina’s MacKenzie Art Gallery, Joe Fafard is the artist’s first major retrospective, covering a period of more than forty years.

This wonderful and hilarious comedy about two lovable people trying to get back on their feet and doing it in a world with which they are completely unfamiliar will keep you in stitches.

From the writer of The Love List, Skin Flick makes its world premiere at Neptune Theatre in January 2009.

The Music Room Chamber Music Society Concert
January 21, 2009


The Music Room Chamber Music Society Concert will be a Brahms evening. Included are the Geistliche Lieder with viola and piano and other songs and instrumental works. One can never have too much Brahms!

Tickets are $15 adults and $10 seniors and students. The concert begins at 7pm.
