TAG presents " Marie Antoinette: The Colour of Flesh"
June 25, 2009  - July 11, 2009

The Theatre Arts Guild presents "Marie Antoinette: The Colour of Flesh" by Joel Gross.

A mix of politics, sex, royalty and class distinction-sounds very current but these ingredients have a long history. Directed by Nick Jupp, we follow the young Queen of France through twenty years leading up to the French revolution. We meet a class climbing portrait painter and a young nobleman with leftish leanings as they and Marie form an explosive triangle that reshapes in unexpected ways. Definitely an adult themed play.

Tickets are $15 adults, $12 seniors/students, $12 members.
