Free Diversity Spotlight film screening and Canadian premiere of the international award-winning Nollywood film, The Mirror Boy. The Mirror Boy explores identity within the African Diaspora through the story of 12-year-old, London-born Tijani's enchanting journey through The Gambia, following "the mirror boy," who only he can see. Introduction and Q&A session with the film's Writer and Director Obi Emelonye. Presented in partnership with the African Diaspora Association of the Maritimes and the Nova Scotia-Gambia Association. This film is rated PG and is presented in English. Event Time: 7-10 p.m.

The age-old tale of boy-meets-girl, and the complications which ensue, intrigue every audience, and no musical puts it on stage better than ANYTHING GOES. This show is an amusing story wrapped around one of Cole Porter's magical scores.
Terrific Cole Porter songs include It's De-Lovely, Friendship, I Get A Kick Out Of You, All Through The Night, Anything Goes, You're The Top and Blow, Gabriel, Blow. It's a wonder that all the romances are sorted out and disaster is averted aboard the magical ship where ANYTHING GOES!

Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics Torch Relay HRM Community Celebration will feature live entertainment and arrival of the Olympic Torch on stage to end that day's leg of the relay.
Over 90 per cent of Canadians have the opportunity to witness the Olympic Torch Relay and personally experience the excitement of the 2010 Winter Games. The event will touch the soul of the nation, light the land and inspire the country by creating and delivering an extraordinary experience to all Canadians in communities across the country.
Celebrations will take place 6pm to 8pm.
