Susan, a suburban housewife, appears to have everything she ever wanted: a loving husband, a beautiful daughter, a charming brother, wealth, happiness…. So, why does her doctor think her family actually consists of an emotionally distant husband, a burdening sister-in-law, and a “lost” son? Is Susan’s perfect life a dream come true…or just a dream?
