Free Diversity Spotlight film screening and Canadian premiere of the international award-winning Nollywood film, The Mirror Boy. The Mirror Boy explores identity within the African Diaspora through the story of 12-year-old, London-born Tijani's enchanting journey through The Gambia, following "the mirror boy," who only he can see. Introduction and Q&A session with the film's Writer and Director Obi Emelonye. Presented in partnership with the African Diaspora Association of the Maritimes and the Nova Scotia-Gambia Association. This film is rated PG and is presented in English. Event Time: 7-10 p.m.

After a tragic accident claims the life of their 4-year-old son, the Corbetts are forced to do the impossible- overcome and move on. Winner of the 2007 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and written by one of today's most compelling young playwrights, Rabbit Hole is a moving family play that charts the Corbetts' bittersweet search for comfort and a path that will lead them back into the light of day.
