The Mirror Boy explores identity within the African Diaspora through the story of 12-year-old, London-born Tijani's enchanting journey through The Gambia, following "the mirror boy," who only he can see. Introduction and Q&A session with the film's Writer and Director Obi Emelonye. Presented in partnership with the African Diaspora Association of the Maritimes and the Nova Scotia-Gambia Association. This film is rated PG and is presented in English. Event Time: 7-10 p.m.

Trevor and Susannah, whose marriage is on the rocks, inflict their miseries on their nearest and dearest, three couples whose own realtionships are tenuous at best. Taking place sequentially in the three beleaguered couples' bedrooms during one endless Saturday night of codependence and dysfunction, beds, tempers and domestic order are ruffled, leading all the players to hilariously touching epiphany.
Tickets are $15 adults and $12 students/seniors.
This play runs Thursdays to Saturdays only.

Hot off the 2009 Capital One Just For Laughs Comedy Tour, Scottish sensation Danny Bhoy returns to delight the masses with his new one-person show.
This seven-time Just For Laughs Festival veteran received rave reviews for his performance at the 2005 Montreal Fest earning him a Gemini nomination. Danny returned to Montreal in 2007 for the rare accolade of performing a 10-night sold-out solo run. At last summer’s Toronto Festival, Danny had a sold-out solo run and at the Montreal Festival, he recorded a one-hour special set to air April 27 on The Comedy Network. Don’t miss one of the biggest stand-up acts on the international scene!
