Free Diversity Spotlight film screening and Canadian premiere of the international award-winning Nollywood film, The Mirror Boy. The Mirror Boy explores identity within the African Diaspora through the story of 12-year-old, London-born Tijani's enchanting journey through The Gambia, following "the mirror boy," who only he can see. Introduction and Q&A session with the film's Writer and Director Obi Emelonye. Presented in partnership with the African Diaspora Association of the Maritimes and the Nova Scotia-Gambia Association. This film is rated PG and is presented in English. Event Time: 7-10 p.m.

A visual art tribute to the past, present and future of the Shubenacadie Canal and Waterway. 16 Artists, over 30 works of the historic Shubenacadie Waterway under one roof!
Showtimes are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm and Saturday & Sunday 12pm to 4:30pm. An Artists Reception will be held on Sunday, May 30th, from 2pm to 4pm -everyone is welcome.

25% of sales go towards the preservation and restoration of the Shubenacadie Canal and Waterway.
