Natal Day is the annual birthday celebration of the communities of Halifax and Dartmouth. It is a time where citizens, tourists celebrate our civic holiday. The Alexander Keith's Natal Day Festival traditionally consists of parade, free breakfast, live entertainment, festival tents, sporting events, talent show, major concerts, family activities and the biggest, most elaborate Harbour Barge Fireworks display of the year.

The Shubenacadie Art Connection Show and Sale

A visual art tribute to the past, present and future of the Shubenacadie Canal and Waterway. 16 Artists, over 30 works of the historic Shubenacadie Waterway under one roof!
Showtimes are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm and Saturday & Sunday 12pm to 4:30pm. An Artists Reception will be held on Sunday, May 30th, from 2pm to 4pm -everyone is welcome.

25% of sales go towards the preservation and restoration of the Shubenacadie Canal and Waterway.

This is one of the most entertaining and fun filled 90 minute shows you'll ever see.
"Silver Sizzles" is a Vegas style revue with all the glamour, glitz and feathers. Lots of costumes, exciting dance productions, great songs and some hilarious comedy. We get the entire audience involved in the fun.
What sets our cast apart from other revues is the fact that everyone is over 50 years old. All show business pros with extensive backgrounds from Broadway, Las Vegas and television. Several of our dancers are former Radio City Music Hall Rockettes.
Tickets are $25 each including tax and service charges. Tickets are subject to an additional $4 per order fee for online purchases.

The Lobster Dinner & Auction marks its 25th anniversary this year. As the Dartmouth General Hospital Foundation’s signature event, this is definitely a reason to celebrate. It’s always a good time to meet up with old friends, meet new friends, enjoy the best Maritime lobsters and is a great opportunity to support the Dartmouth General during the silent and live auction. You never know what you might find!

5th Annual Maritime Beatle Event

This Beatle extravaganza and 12-hour marathon is being presented by Beatle Hall of Famer Hal Bruce. This year marks the 5th anniversary of this fantastic event and will feature performers from Europe, USA and Canada.
Tickets are $35 adults and $20 under 19 years of age. The event begins at 12 noon until 12 midnight. After 9pm, only 19 years of age and older can attend.

The Steve Miller Band in Concert
