The Mirror Boy explores identity within the African Diaspora through the story of 12-year-old, London-born Tijani's enchanting journey through The Gambia, following "the mirror boy," who only he can see. Introduction and Q&A session with the film's Writer and Director Obi Emelonye. Presented in partnership with the African Diaspora Association of the Maritimes and the Nova Scotia-Gambia Association. This film is rated PG and is presented in English. Event Time: 7-10 p.m.

Spryfield Santa Claus Parade

The Spryfield event is the longest running Santa Claus parade in Atlantic Canada. This year the parade starts at 2 pm on Punch Bowl Drive, but ends at the Lion’s Rink where a big community party will be held serving hot chocolate and hot dogs.
