Lunenburg Farmers' Market

Familiar Faces - In Portrait

Portraiture provides important historic evidence that depicts society at the
time of creation. Hairstyles, fashion, family relationships, status, and
customs are all revealed within the portrait. Come and see the original sanctioned and commissioned portrait of Joseph Howe, a self-portrait by Tom Forestall, George Craig originals, and William Valentine's depictions of
local personalities, among many others.

This exhibit highlights some of the diverse collection found in the Dartmouth Heritage Museum including paintings, sketches, lithographs, photographs, tintypes, coins, medals and miniatures.You might be surprised what face you recognize as you turn the
corners!

Russ Barton's course for beginning and intermediate authors focuses on plots, openings, POV, genres, gender, character development, dialogue,
editing, setting, scene & sequel.

Winter Session begins on January 18th
